Do yourself a favor and keep looking. I paid him an above average retainer upfront and did not like the representation he was providing after a phone conversation with him, and he kept the full retainer. He called and harassed and yelled at me on the phone when I went to cancel the service and requested my retainer back. Very unprofessional. You can find better than this. I did. Good luck.
After your initial consultation it is impossible to have one on one contact with John!!! We had questions we wanted answered by John himself not the secretary and talking to him directly wasn't an option. Ridiculous. Would not recommend!
