We were so pleased with Johanna I have recommended her to several friends and they also rave about her as an agent and a person. She never makes you feel as though you are a bother, she responds to messages and answers every question. She is thorough and for myself and everyone we recommended her to Johanna got QUICK results! Johanna is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about real estate, Brenham, and the surrounding area. She helped my mother sell a home and then she helped my siblings and me sell our mother's home after she passed away. It was a very difficult sale not only from an emotional standpoint, but there were various complications including an encroachment. We found a home we were interested in and called Johanna to show it to us. She helped negotiate a price and was very thorough in the whole process. Everything went beautifully and we would recommend her without question.

Returns emails promptly and is personable, but stays focused on information for the search and sale of home. We started our search over a year before deciding to buy in Brenham and she helped as needed for cross country move.

I lived in another city and was trying to purchase a home in Brenham. Johanna was the realtor in Brenham that I had hoped I would get to help me find my home. Johanna was very knowledgeable of homes that were available in the area. My husband and I chose Johanna Fatheree as our realtor after interviewing her and two other area realtors. She was by far the most responsive and knowledgeable, We began our search for a realtor on the internet. We emailed several realtors in Brenham, TX and Johanna was the only one to respond immediately. Some responded in a day or two. One realtor would not even return repeated phone calls! I was unsure about selling my house so I contacted Johanna in February 2013. We met & she went over market conditions, recent sales, list price, etc. with me. She was very thorough. I decided to put my house on the market and I received a full price offer within 2 months. Johanna was awesome to work with. She kept me very informed throughout the whole process & was there to answer every question I had, day or night. I would definitely use Johanna as my realtor again!

Great Agent... Will tell you if it's a good time to sell or buy and if you are making a good choice or not. She is not an agent that will just sell you something to sell it, she really cares about what is the best decision for you and your family.
