Johanna did a great job helping us find a house that met our needs and our price range. She helped us work through the process as first time home buyers and she and her staff offered great customer service. She gave us great advice on negotiating and helped us to understand the overall process of home buying. I recommend Johanna without reservation!
Johanna is a great person to represent her sellers. She came in with a great knowledge of the market and how best to prepare our property for a fast sale. We followed her instructions and completed the sale within 2 1/2 months of listing it.
We can't recommend Johanna highly enough! She's a pleasure to work with, quick to respond, knows the business and the area. She did a wonderful job with pictures and description of our home. She sold our home the 2nd week after it went on the market!

When I first decided to sell my house I contacted Johanna. She came out and we talked. I felt very comfortable with her and felt like she knew what she was talking about. She and Kodi were both very helpful and never made me feel like I was bothering them by texting and asking a million questions. I couldn't have asked for a more painless sale. These two girls are rock stars and when I look to buy I will be calling them.
Johanna and her asst. were wonderful they sold my house in 2 days .Any time I had a question about anything they were there . I couldn't have done it without her. I would highly recommend her.
