If we had taken Johanna's negotiating advise from the first offer, which was within the first three weeks of our initial listing, we might have been able to sell our property almost three months earlier and saved some carrying charges such as insurance, taxes, utilities, yard maintenance, interest, etc. Even so, with Johanna's diligent effort and patient guidance, we feel like we accomplished our goals and were able to sell our home to a buyer who is now very happy with the property in Brenham.
