Payment taken on 9 January and still nothing arrived by 23 January. No communication. Allowing till Monday after which i will chargeback and this merchants epdq will be removed by month end. Customers are protected this way as future epdq payments will be stopped.
Placed an order online, never received it, left numerous voicemails and sent emails.....no response received from this retailer. Thank God I paid via PayPal, who are arranging a refund!!!
