Joe's Glass = AWESOME! My 3 extra large picture windows look beautiful. The techs were professional and courteous. They fixed also fixed my sliding door which took all my strength to open now I can use one finger! I'm so grateful for the work that was done. I've never ever given a review online before but I was so pleased overall I had to come online to fill this out. Quality = Excellent! Customer Service = Excellent! Value for the money = Excellent! The only negative aspect of the service was a small crack in the installed skylight (which was likely a manufacturing issue and not the fault of Joe or Ken). Ken assured me that Joe would be made aware of it and I have every confidence that this will be addressed. Otherwise both guys and the woman from the office (Stephanie?) were great.
I used Joe's Glass to replace 6 windows and two skylights in my house and was very pleased with their service and work.
