This was my first experience with a vendor for a window repair project. Joe's Glass made the experience a very pleasant one. They were kind and courteous from the first phone call, to the on-site estimation, to scheduling and doing the on-site repair. The 2 gentlemen who did the repair were on time, cordial, and professional. After they fixed the window, I asked about 2 other windows that no longer worked, and a sliding glass door that didn't lock.
