They had to order me new rollers and when they came to install them they forgot about needing to install a cap track so they had to go back to their shop and return to finish the job, Work was good quality and nice folks to work with.

Had a 37"x42"x1/8" mirror in a curio broken. Joe came out Thursday and got the measurements. No further contact until next Wednesday, but they had the mirror ready. Arranged install, fit perfectly. Price was as estimated at $230 which seems in line with what I have paid for other window/glass repairs in past.
