Good customer service, on time, replaced both double-pane windows very quickly. I appreciated them being interested in such a small job -- other contractors wanted to sell me a whole new house. Both Joe and his son were good to work with -- I would call him back.
Joe was able to replace the glass in a 40 yr old conversion sliding door that the other people making bids said was impossible or prohibitively expensive for me. He judged rightly that since the door had been in the shade the vinyl in the conversion strip was still good. He did a great job and a reasonable price. I would use him again and have recommended him to others. Joe is also easy and accommodating to work with.

They were always on time, polite, solved the problem when my original window frame turned out to not be square, and did work quickly once they arrived. Joe did the estimate, and his son Casey returned to do the repair. Casey was always smiling, and wanted to be sure I was happy with the result. I would definitely use them again!
I hired Joe's Glass for installation of a large decorative mirror. Of the three contractors I contacted, Joe was the only one highly experienced with installing heavy mirrors, I appreciate his "can do" attitude and customer focused service and plan to hire him soon to replace all of my home's windows.
Joe came to our house to measure for double panes and explain our options - no hard sell - just a courteous conversation. Within a week, we were scheduled for installation, by Joe's son. In spite of the nasty weather (wet and windy), he did the job without complaint and in fine fashion.
JG was very good at solving the mystery of what rollers to put on our glass doors and agreed that if the rollers didn't f it to my satisfaction they would come back to try another set. They also took my broken rollers with them to check on whether there were rollers in storage that were a closer fit.
Great company and very customer focused.
