This is a great restaurant that went out of their way for me. Went for Crawfish Etouffee. Was told they had no crawfish, but would make the dish with crab meat. They did, but while making this, the chef got a shipment of crawfish. My server brought me the crawfish version, and a few minutes later, the chef brought me the crab version. Our waiter was named Mike not only did he do a great job but he was very personable
There was a lot of bickering between the wait staff and just confusion and the food was just ok. We have been to other Joes and the food was a lot better
2nd time there the other day sat outside and had a cute bubblyand very accomdating waitress Rachel who carded us at 40 and 50 something lol first time in a decade. Food was great , margaritas were Bomb and everyone very friendly, we will be back again
We went for Mother's day. Although they were busy, we were seated quickly. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious.
I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from Joe's Crab Shack in Pittsburgh, PA Station Square. I ate the crab cake dinner on 5/8/2018 around 6pm. By 11pm I was nauseated and vomiting. It is very very rare for me to get sick. Being that I feel ok today I am almost certain it was the food. It's ashame because I will likely never go back here and I thought the service was good (John) and I love their outdoor space. I am posting this review in case others have gotten sick recently.
Fun watching Alicia and Sky getting full of butter on their hands. Crabs, like lobster/shrimp are very messy. They had GREAT style. It was the chocolate chocolate cake which made the most impression. WOW! My diabetes reared its ugly head just LOOKING at the cake.....wow. I had salmon, also very good!
I went here for dinner a week ago. Overcooked steak! Shrimp and Fish was very greasy (Like Old Oil). 2 platters were very greasy. Smoke to manager nothing was done about that poor visit. This is Sammy's wife. I am terribly upset how this was handle. May I speak to the District Manager!!
