Waitresses was on key, food was great and everyone got up and danced to the Cupid Shuffle. Lol was a great time all around can't wait to go back again.
I experienced terrible service. Food was served with no utensils. By the time we could get the waiters attention to bring utensils and napkins the food was cold. I made a complaint and was later contacted by management who apologized and advised that I would receive a gift card in the mail in the amount of our bill. It’s been 3 months and I’ve received nothing. I’m glad there are finally other places here in Pgh to get crab legs.

Food was good, service not so good. When we were leaving their sign outside had fallen apart. My son wen back in and told the hostess. She came out and had quite an attitude. She said I don't own Joe's and I am the last person to care.
Food is great. Only reason i didnt rate 5 stars is cause the sub waitress cause oroginally we had 1 of the bartenders as our waitress while i was putting my food in container she took my bucket which obviously still had a few mussels and 2 things of butter i was gonna get also and took it and took off w it before i could even tell her no...
Has it all...good food, great atmosphere,superb service!!!!
