Nice place food was good !
We drove from Ohio. They forgot to put out order in & we waited over 45 minutes for our meal. They did not prepare the crab legs as ordered & forgot the side of shrimp. Had to wait for a new bucket of crab legs. The Manager took $20 off our bill but they ran our credit card before we signed for the full amount. We are not happy! I am waiting for a call from Corporate to see what can be done about this.
Very slow considering they were fully staffed and only a third full. They got our order wrong so we left. Won't be back...
Food is always good, server always nice, beautiful view. My family and I go there to eat one or twice a month
Delicious
First time at a Joe’s Crab Shack yesterday before the Kenny Chesney concert and it was so good!! Had the Joe’s classic steam pot. Delicious. Also had a tropical pina colada, AMAZING!!! 🍹 I believe our waitress was Tonya, she was super nice and friendly! Only complaint I had was the wait time it took for my drink to come from the bar to the table.
