RecommendedHad a great experience for our first time here! Delicious food! Waitress was Tonya friendly and nice. Ordering a drink from the bar was our only issue. Once we ordered waited over 15 mins and finally my boyfriend went to the bar and grabbed them himself. Other than that great place to eat!! Will definitely be back..
Wanted a booth they said we could not have one because the waitress was not tending booths. So we got a table. Waited 20 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Ordered drinks and that took about 5 minutes. Then waited another 10 just to put our food order in. Took another 30 minutes just to get our food. Slow service all around. I will not be back.
I want to commend Joe’s Crab Shack for your efforts in recycling crayons. BRAVO!!
Great view, great mussels, shrimp and clam chowder, good prices and service!
A+ it was a good meal the crab was cooked perfect. Shrimp was good also!
The food was great but our staff was amazing!! Our young waitress that took our drink order actually got off work before she could take our food order. She came to our table to let us know and ended up sitting and visiting with us for about 15 minutes before she went home. I don’t remember her name but very sweet girl!! We were visiting from Oklahoma and we absolutely loved everyone we met in Pittsburgh!

Waitress was poor at attending to us. Very small portions, told they would feed 4 of us, 2 crab pots for 4 people is not enough! Ordered clams and half where not even opened, had to get a waitress walking by to get us butter, our waitress asked us if we wanted butter at the end of eating. Food was not very good tasting. Awful experience and will never go back. Manager said he woukd send something in mail, never got anything.
