Right from the start Dupsy was extremely helpful. They would answer my questions instantly or within minutes regardless of the day/time and were quite lenient with the times given for my move as well, as I was unsure between 2 dates. On the day of the move we had team A and B (Arun and Benjamin if I recall). Both of them were very quick and efficient with the move and carried everything on their own which was nice.
