After tornado incident at our house, what was worst than the actual event itself, was the complete isolation, not caring, no communication, as if we didnt exist. Got no direction, instruction of what to do. Absolutely nothing. As if we didnt exist. We sat in two lawn chairs staring at our destruction for 6 days, alone. We have been loyal monthly paying customers for 5 1/2 years.

Been waiting on my kitchen to fixed for 7 months. It happened in 12/26/22. Had pipes bust. It took 3 months to have an adjuster come to the home. He didn’t even go downstairs where the issue began. All my cabinets ruined and been fighting to get them to pay for that They still don’t want to cover all the cabinets because they use Excatmate for pricing instead of what materials actually cost. Worst experience ever. I filed a hail damage claim on my new truck I bought. They took 4 weeks to get anything done. Just to find out it was totaled. The first week my supplemental estimate was sent to a person who no longer works there. Now I’m being low balled on my vehicle for the payout. Almost 10,000 less that what I paid 4 months ago. And I only put 4000 miles on the vehicle. Huge scam artist looking to pick on people during a tough time

State Farm is the absolute worse company in the western hemisphere. Both on the personal and business mitigation side. The claims adjusters don't care and are incompetent. They never return calls and give false information about important processes. I needed a diminished claim value for an accident that their insured caused and they are making me fully responsible to find someone to do the valuation. I had to call multiple times, transferred all over the place, and hold forever to have someone tell me that they can't help me... read more

On Memorial day 2022 I was in a serious car accident. Sitting at a light a gentleman who was allegedly suffering a seizure traveling 50 miles an hour came out of nowhere and smashed into my car head on. I suffered a fractured neck, fractured back, broken wrist, broken ankle, broken femur bone in 2 places in my left leg and was knocked unconscious. I have had one of the worst experiences at State Farm In ******* **, their customer services rep/ supervisor and an license agent!!! provided me with a quote that was inaccurate and this was such an unfortunate and difficult situation! I am very dissatisfied with the services that I have received. I've been an insured longer than with any company. I'm horribly disappointed in their back office customer service which is basically nonexistent. When my agent makes changes to my policy it takes forever & they start sending emails that make no sense that no 1 can explain. My agent says 1 thing, back office says something else. I switched my auto policy because I was just tired of the "we don't know" from the back office because agents don't work on weekends. Why I don't know, they should. They denied a claim due to their inability to contact their client who admitted to hitting my wife who was stopped at a light. We are filing a complaint. They have become a scummy company. Proceed with caution.

This insurance company, said my policy would go from $80 to $300 a month, some kinda of lie! No insurance has ever done that!
