We purchased two home from Joe this year as rental properties. He helped up after the sale with the rental agreements. That's what I call really good service. If you need a good Realtor, and who doesn't, I would go with Joe.

When we needed to sell our mother's condo after her passing, we used Joe to list and sell the property. it was october 2008 at the start of the economic and real estate market collapse. Joe sold the condo in under 90 days for the price we were asking!!!

My husband and I have known Joe for almost 20 years. He is honest, experienced and highly knowledgeable about the real estate market in the Lehigh Valley. Joe helped us purchase our new home. Joe McGavin found me a house with an assumable mortgage back in 1984. I didn't have the down payment for a regular mortgage. And now my house is all most paid off. Thank you Joe.

Joe is a very knowledgeable realtor with many years experience. He knows what he's talking about and offers you the best advice possible! Joe was able to get us the best dollar amount we felt was possible with regards to selling our home.
