Joe helped us list my mother's house after we had moved her to DC. He was very professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra step. We were in a unique situation in that we were managing a sale from far away. Joe was willing to meet with contractors and others to let them in while we were away. He was able to get us more than what he started in our initial meeting, and above appraisal value. Finally, he added a wonderful personal touch by providing video and images of the house my mom was leaving behind.

I loved working with Joe. He and his team managed my house sale wonderfully and dealt with many tough situations on my behalf. He explained the various stages and kept me informed despite handling everything remotely for me while I was across the country.

We worked with Laura on a corporate relocation. We had 1 month to find a house and were completely unfamiliar with the Lehigh Valley. Laura was honest, fun, and not salesy. Good advice on pre-sale renovations and helped to coordinate contractors. He took care of bringing in the appropriate contractors to address issues arising from buyer's inspection. He kept us informed of progress (we had already moved out of town). Very knowledgeabke and professional while being very personable and pleasant to work with.

I had a very positive experience with Joe McGavin as my realtor -- he was very helpful in expediting the entire process of listing, showing, selling and closing my condominium in the summer of 2013. Working from a distance (Texas) I thought would pose many issues, however Joe and his partners were very thorough upfront, explaining all the possible senerios of our sale. The expertise was obvious and then as we worked through the closing and final sale, I knew I was not only in good hand, but it was like I was family.
