My experience with Mr. Joe was very positive, he was professional,detailed, knowledgeable agent and answered all our concerns in timely manner. Everything went smooth. Initial impression was not that great, via phone. Was not helpful nor kind to help view a house, even if he couldn't show us the house. Seemed to be very preoccupied in wanting to cater to other clients that are possibly "worth his time".

Very aggressive agent who gets houses sold rather quickly for a descent sale price. Has mastered the real estate sales business, knows the market and doesn't leave one with any doubts about their sale and/or purchase.

I relocated from MN to PA last summer. It was a challenge finding a real estate agent that was interested in helping me. I was stunned that after many inquiries, no "professionals" were interested in a cash deal. Yes, I was looking for something that fit a lower ticket price, but, one would think, a commission is a commission. Joe responded to my inquiry and was optimistic and encouraging with my needs. Joe helped us purchase a home in Nazareth, PA. I cannot say enough good things about him as a person and a real estate professional. He was always available (even in the evenings and on weekends) and attentive to our needs, and we always felt like he had our best interest in mind. Joe has been unresponsive as my Realtor and has not followed through with his promises in regards to the listing of my property. I have known Joe for many years and went to him because of his expertise, marketing experience and persistence but those things must have been left behind somewhere at Realty Executives.
