We had the pleasure of working with Robert Mason to get our new car and he was outstanding. We have a 9 month old and so didn't want to spend an entire day at the dealership. I sent an email and was luckily put in touch with Robert right away. He let me do most of the work wed normally do at the dealership via text and phone call before we ever even went in.
