Joe machens suck ... They keep selling me these terrible cars and when you confront them about it , they act like your speaking a foreign language. I would not recommend anyone to this savage yard. I did not want to click a star because they don't deserve it. I clicked the star just to write this terrible review.
Just bought a used Prius from Sam Edwards. We love it. It's a great car. Thank you Sam for helping us and giving us great service.
Bought a van from them and transmission is slipping and they don't want to do nothing about it. I haven't Evan had it 3 weeks . Was promised that they would fix the rear door and they still haven't fixed that along with the driver's rear tail light that was broken before I bought it to and they also said it would get fixed to. This place is a joke.
I was helped soon as i pullen onto the lot. Jeff Fletcher Made sure i was tooken care of,found me a nice used car with low mileage and everything was working fine with the car and made sure i walked away with a smile. Felt more like a friend than just someone doing their job he really looked out.
I would like to thank Jeff Fletcher for everything that he could do for me to get into my NEW Lancer. I love it, the whole team was fun to be around and great to get to know. This is definitly the dealership you want to experience.
