Purchased a pre-owned Ford Escape from Joe Machines Auto-group for my college age daughter. M C Dampier was our Salesperson and he was great to work with. He was helpful with our selection and did not pressure us at all. M C provided all the information we needed to make our decision and worked with us on the pricing. We will definitely do business with Machens in the future because of quality people like M C to deal with!
My salesman was John Trimble. He was excellent! He went out of his way to help us. We were there til after 10 p.m. on a Friday evening. Every one we encountered at Joe Machens was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely be going back! We purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport, which I absolutely fell in love with! John Trimble is awesome! I was able to purchase the vehicle of my dreams because he made it work for me. He did everything he could to make sure that I was driving home in it and I did!
