I've been waiting since August 2014 to get a bluetooth installed in my Mazda CX5. I offered to take a trailer hitch instead since I was told they cost about the same, but alas, it's been another two months and no one has ever called to say it was approved or to schedule an installation. The customer service is abysmal and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!
Joe Machens Dealership has friendly staff who assisted us in the purchase of an F250 truck and made the process to a great deal very painless.
We had a great experience from start to finish, from the first Phone call from Mike Slinkerd. We were greeted at the dealership by Mike, and we looked at several vehicles, before test driving any of them. He was patient and fun to be with. We also spent time visiting with Sybil, and she made us feel right at home. Very enjoyable experience, and yes we bought a car that day. We felt very comfortable there and will be back.

You sure have a lot of bad reviews! I will add another. BUYER BEWARE! We bought a used H3 Hummer and what a pice of junk. The salesman was a lair on the deal. And in top of that we had to have work done on it at a Chevy Dealer in Camdenton Mo & they found drugs behind the dashboard. When we called to report this they could care less. BEWARE OF THERE USED CARS!!!
The sales department is horrible and I have never left a dealership more angry than I did when I went to this one! But because I own a Mitsubishi, I do go back to the service department to get my vehicle serviced when needed and they are WONDERFUL, unlike the sales department! We've dealt with Machens in Columbia 3 times and have had a great experience everytime! I think it has everything to do with our Salesman Mike Jones. He is amazing! We won't deal with anyone else!
