Excellent service and repair! As usual, we received excellent service yesterday at your VW service dept. Tilman Russell met us in the driveway when we pulled in, and he kept us well-informed while we waited for our car to be repaired. Excellent Service I had to have my son's 03 Beetle towed from Lewisburg, WV (approx. 3 Hrs. away) I dealt with Tillman Russell and he kept me up to date with repairs and was very courteous and concerned.
Very Helpful. I dealt with Eddie (not sure the last name). He was very helpful. He reminded me that I have free oil changes and tire rotations.
A1 Service Tillmon Russell the service advisor was very polite, knowledgeable and showed genuine concern about my car issues. I live an hours drive away and he took the time I needed to explain the issues and make sure I understood before I left the Dealership. Tillmon kept me informed by text every evening with an update. Timely service I had brakes and rotors put on my daughters car. Service was great price reasonable . Won't be able to elvaluate performance and durability of course till a later time after use age. But just wanted to say service employees were great friendly helpful
