Thoroughness and Friendliness I bought my first car from Joe Holland Chevrolet in 1971 and have been buying from them ever since. Salesman Tom Allen goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is very thorough with his work and is very friendly. David Stout in the finance department was able to do something that originally JH was told no. JH is one fantastic dealership!!

Fantastic Dealership We've been dealing with Joe Holland Chevrolet for nearly 20 years. Recently we purchased a 2016 Equinox LTZ. The entire process was flawless. Our Sales Consultant, Richard Kingsley, was very knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to work with. Likewise, Joe Holland's service department has served us very well over the years. No complaints. I highly recommend Joe Holland Chevrolet. Superior sales and service staff, and nobody beats their prices.

Warranty covered repair I needed a warranty covered repair for my Saturn outlook that was purchased used from Joe Holland. Dawn Bailey was extremely efficient, looked into all of the details, provided me with a loaner car to use during the warranty work. Kept in touch with me during the process...I did not have a chase her for information and updates. Smooth and efficient workflow is always appreciated, especially during times of the unexpected pitfalls in life.

purchase of new vehicle Chris Burdette was our salesperson. I knew what vehicle I wanted but needed the correct purchase price and in the color I wanted. Not only did Chris get us the price we wanted but he looked for and found the exact color. Chris made this car shopping experience pleasurable which says a lot because I hate buying a car. Greatly satisfied We walked in told Tom Allen what we were looking for. He was able to put my husband in a truck that met with our satisfaction right away. Every one was great from sale, finance detailing, etc. We would tell everyone looking for a vehicle to go to Joe Holland

Perfect service - but we didnt steal a car. I bought a 2012 Equinox in January 2015. My experience has been great with the dealership so far. The transmission recently went out 10 months after purchase. It was still under warranty so they covered everything for me. They gave me a loaner for 2 weeks while my car was fixed. A 2016 Chevy Malibu was our loaner vehicle and it was also great. On the last day to get our vehicle back, we had a call from OnStar emergency. It was the dealership asking why we were in that car.
