this dealership from the beginning treats you as family and not just a customer. even after selling you the car if have problems they take care of them no questions asks.they are up front about the deals they can do and if possible get you were you need to be on a payment.months down the road you can call them and they treat you with much respect not fake .i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a deal and to be taken care of way after the deal is over. thanks terry cecil
While dealing with other dealers in the Kanawha valley I have found that care for others is a quality that is rare. Joe Holland dealership has produced the quality of care that I was looking for. The employees have given me the respect quality of workmanship and found time to explain all work that was to be done. I give a thumbs up to Joe Holland and all of their employees.
I have always received great service at Joe Holland. The people that work there are very couteous and make you feel right at home. They are very accomodating and friendly. I always wait on my car while they are working on it. The waiting facility is clean and comfortable. The employees go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and that all of your needs for your car and yourself are met.
