Not Truthful The car pictured on their internet site was NOT the car available when we arrived at the dealership. I called and spoke with the sales manager and we made the deal over the phone. We were to pick up the car that afternoon. It was an hour and a half drive. The car was not clean. They sent a guy out with a spray bottle instead of washing it. Terry Krueger new car bought on April 9th 2017 Hyundai On April 9th, 2017 I went to Joe Holland and bought a Hyundai from David T. Shah. He was very nice and helpful. The service that I have always experienced at Joe Holland has been Excellent. Service center is very slow I have been sitting in the service center now for 1 hour and 40 minutes..for an oil change. This is a free oil change per the purchase contract so they are in no hurry to get to my car. Many people have came and went and I'm sitting here. One hour ago they came and told me that they need $80 for an alignment. I wasn't expecting that so I declined at this time. They obviously were with my car then but still I sit.
Rude Service Team Had Chevy towed to Joe Holland service center thinking that they would be able to diagnose problem and repair. Was told that since my vehicle had been previously taken to another Chevy service center Joe Holland would not touch it. Service person I talked to was very rude. If Joe Holland is authorized Chevy Service Center not sure why they wouldn't touch vehicle.
FAST AND FRIENDLY Tillmon was very professional and pleasant. He kept me informed of what was being done to my car. When I talked with him re: a previous issue with me car while under warranty he was very interested in what I had to say. He was able to schedule an appointment for me within 3 days. Overall I was pleased with my service appointment.
Top Shelf From sales to service - we were treated with respect and courtesy. I've never had a bad experience with four purchases and the service department has been excellent any time we've needed them. Other dealerships should take a lesson from JH.
What I expected and more I went online looking for a Colorado on a Sunday. Monday I received phone calls from various Joe Holland staff members offering their assistance. When I reached the dealership I was greeted by Warren and quickly introduced to my sales rep, Zack. Zack asked my needs and proceeded to show me vehicles that met those needs. Good service As always I received very good and courteous service Ever one from scheduling the appointment to having the service completed was very courteous. Very nice waiting area.
Great Service We stopped for an oil change but other problem was found so it was taken care of while we were at the services department. The staff were very polite and friendly.
