Great service but high prices Joe Holland has excellent customer service and they do outstanding work but the prices are just to high for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I know people say you get what you pay for but a tire rotation is still a tire rotation and you can choose a more expensive oil if you choose at other places and it still not cost as much.
Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, & Helpful The service was great. Working with Tom was an much less stressful experience than the Marietta/Parkersburg dealerships we went to in the past. He was patient & friendly, not a high pressure salesman & attentive to what we were looking for. We had plenty of time & opportunity to make sure we got the car for us.
