Great experience I had no intentions of buying a brand new car and came in and was introduced to 2 very nice vehicles. I got a fantastic deal in the end and love my Cruze already. Great service My daughter was having problems with her car and they made arrangements to get it in the very next morning. I bought my car from Joe Holland as well and have received service on it too, and both were warranty work. They don't hassle you at all about what is covered and what isn't and the staff is so nice. Shirley who answers the phone has the sweetest voice and they talk to you like you're part of their family.
Service Great, timely service including addressing my concerns. There were able to find my problem and correct where a previous oil change company had failed to secure lug nuts during a wheel alignment.

Friendly, but very slow service. Not happy. I dropped the car off for routine maintenance, got it back eight hours later. Not much communication. I had to call twice before anybody called me and that was just to upsell me on an air filter and windshield wipers. When I was called to schedule the visit, I was told it would only take an hour or so. Anyway, I'd planned to take the afternoon off from work, but wound up marooned at the office.
Great experience Went in looking for a specific car and was taking it for a test drive within minutes. Doug Green was my salesperson and he was friendly, informative, and very helpful. I could not be more pleased with how my experience went.
Fantastic service I've been going back to Joe Holland to service my Volkswagens for a few years now. I've never left disappointed and Ed has always done an awesome job of explaining what is going on and keeping me up to date. I'll continue to use their service department because I'm treated fairly and better than any other service department I've been to.
Happy for the most part. I was a little disappointed that I paid over $1100 and the car didn’t even get washed, vacuumed, etc. Extra little things like that go a long way!
