Stellar WV service. My vehicle and I experienced another stellar performance by the service department! The service, as usual, was swift and efficient. Mr. Tillman Russell was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.
I took my 2010 Eos in due to a safety recall. Excellent customer service and a good experience! I love Joe Holland Imports. I didn't even get my car there (I bought used in Indiana) and I took it in due to a safety recall. I was treated very well. Quade in the parts department has also been very helpful.
Great experience A always my visit yesterday was great. Friendly staff, excellent communication and efficient completion of work. Could not ask for a better experience or a friendly staff.
Shocked Needed some work done to my Passat so I drove straight to the service department, put it in park, and Tillman met me right as I was entering the garage. That was a first. He was right on target, to the point, and had me checked in within minutes of my arrival. Checkout was even faster. I think we will keep him. :)
I would like to thank Mr Russell for his prompt service . Mr. Russell was very helpful and kept me informed as to the progress of the service. We discussed some options and pros versus cons of different tires. Very helpful.
Check Engine Light I was informed of a serious problem with the engine, but that it woudl be under warranty. It ended up that the engine had to be replaced. Though it took a while to get this done, I was treated courteously, provided a vehicle to drive, and believe my issue was dealt with in a very satisfactory manner. No complaints.
Superior Customer Service Joe holland service center always provides plenty of communication with the owner of the vehicle. They have top notch quality service every time I visit.

Check Engine Light (CEL) and Recall Repairs I took my 2012 VW Passat SEl TDI in for a Check Engine Light (CEL) warning indicator and to have any recall notification work performed. Mr. Russell, the service advisor, got me in on time and got the work completed in the approximate time he stated it would be completed. I was kept informed of what work was being done and what to expect. Whenever the work was completed, everything was explained to me thoroughly.
