My husband and I have used other realtors in the past and Laurie far exceeded our expectations when selling our property. My house simply would not have closed without JP Hood. He has went ABOVE AND BEYOND with his services, wether it’s from giving me updates, to even going to the house and shoveling because I was snowed in, he is by far the best agent I have ever used , and I will NEVER use another agent that isn’t JP Hood. His extreme professionalism got me top dollar for my property , and it was a smooth closing process. I have used other realtors in the past , but JP is better than them 10 times over.

Called JP on a Thursday evening about a couple houses that just hit the market. Within 12 hours, he got us in to check out both houses and put in an offer. JP was a wonderful realtor and his work effort was impeccable. He was always available for the many questions that came up. We had a relatively challenging family home to sell.
