Jennifer helped me in finding a house over a nearly 2-year span, during which I was shown three different properties. She is well-equipped with knowledge about the older-style houses I was interested in buying, as well as the real-estate transfer process. Kat truly made our experience as first time home buyers so much easier and smoother than we had anticipated! She was responsive and patient with us as we worked through making decisions. Most important she was responsive and immediately was available to show the house in a time sensitive situation. This made all the difference. When I needed information or guidance she was always available. Her input and mentoring made the whole house buying process managable. Without Kat's promt action I would have lost the house.

Kat was incredibly helpful from start to finish. We were out of state buyers purchasing a home without physically seeing it. She was quick with getting to the house so we could virtually tour it via FaceTime and answering all of our many questions and concerns. With a 3 hour time difference she never kept us waiting and was available whenever we needed her.
