JP came to house and was very professional and prepared. He went over what he felt the Home was worth and how he would go about marketing it. He also LISTENED to US and our ideas on things and worked with us to incorporate those ideas as well. His Marketing was ON POINT and timing of rolling things out OPEN HOUSE, etc. was amazing. I’ve bought and sold numerous homes in my life and JP is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. He makes you feel like you are his only client. He answered immediately and from there on out he was very responsive. If you are in need of a realtor I highly recommend him. We have and will continue to recommend him to all of our family and friends.
