Mr. Sweeney listed and sold my condo. Gerard worked diligently to develop a prospect list, sponsored four open houses and actively followed up with each and every prospect. A couple 1,200 miles away purchased the condo as a result of a detailed walk through of the condo using an Internet connection on Skype.
