Erik is a Godsend! I purchased my first home thanks to him. He was super helpful throughout the entire process. I had tons of questions that he answered promptly. He was super punctual and made me feel like his main priority. He even followed up with me after the sale to check in!

Erik -Sold our house in 3 days! Only needed one open House!!! Erik gave us all the upfront info we needed and his numbers were right on! He reviewed our house and the area and went over everything that we need to prep for showings. Erik has the perfect laid back attitude that the real estate market needs. He gets the job done, with no pressure and with the House sale app that Herbert Reality uses, communication is super easy and responsive! Once again, Jimmy Jackson... to the rescue! We wrapped up the deal on Friday but 4 days later my buyer informed me she had no hot water. I texted Jimmy and didn't receive a text back from him until an hour or so later... informing and relieving me the problem was now resolved. Someone get this guy cape! (skip the tights, so to speak)

I consulted with Bill on a building I was considering selling. He met with me at the parcel, did some research and listened to my objectives for the transaction, which was a fair price and rapid sale. He did some research, suggested a fair price which was right in line with what my thoughts were and put together a listing including a nice presentation binder at the site for other realtors to use while showing the property. Not only was J.P. professional but went above and beyond to meet our needs in finding the perfect house. He was flexible around our busy schedules, was patient with us since this was our first home, but also helped us be comfortable with the decision we made and backed our decision and process to get us the house we wanted for what we felt was fair. He is a great agent and would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends looking to purchase or sell a home. Was always available when I needed him day or night true definition of a hard worker and someone that does everything in his power to make sure you get the outcome you want.
