Erik was an excellent guide to homes and a good advocate for me, the buyer. He was honest in his thoughts, and active in his searching for homes. He was flexible with meeting me for viewings. He was patient with my indecisiveness as well.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! The Best realtor in Erie hands down. JP sold me and my girlfriend out first home, and made the process soooooooo smooth. Any questions. Anytime of day. He will respond in a timely fashion. Never have I experienced a realtor work so hard, I had a couple before him that didn’t work out.
