the person who did the trimming of our hedge and shrub had no training, and we found out later that ours was the first he had worked on. AWFUL JOB. do not waste your money.

Im sorry (consumer name withheld per their request) felt this way. We did have a small bear spot develop in the front of the hedge as one of our techs was trying to trim it back far enough so it was not growing through the wooden fence. Unfortunately she never contacted us at our office or indicated it was that large of a problem. I was actually on site on this job to pick up brush and saw the 12 inch by 8 inch brown spot. I liked the check-in calls and the crew was very good at what they do. They also asked for my opinion on how their work was going and whether they missed anything. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to speak with. I would use again. Thank you.

Excellent job done on tree and stump removal on parking strip for purposes of replacing sidewalk. Did thorough job of digging out all roots within broad radius of tree.

Personnel were very knowledgeable of the types of trees on the property, to provide recommendations on what & how to remove these trees. They were very cautious about working around landscaped areas and residence. Offered the best comparable price in the area. Personnel were very polite and professional.
Some confusion about scheduling but great work from cooperative people.
I had an appointment for service that I was really relying on. They had called the morning of the appointment and explained there could be a problem getting the service done that date and the reason why. To make a long story short Joe came in the afternoon and completed my work! I understood why the work would have been delayed but he also understood why I needed it done.
