Did not call me back a scheduling for tree removal, I have to call Joe back to confirming a date. The crews are hard working and fast, they know exactly what to do.

Promised to call after initial estimate appointment to schedule the work. Never called, I called him, scheduled the work to be done. 1/2 hour before the work was to be done he called to reschedule. On the rescheduled day, the worker was 45 minutes late. The work was not completed on their first visit, they were suppose to call to finish their work, no call. Simple job, trim 3 branches off a tree.
