Professional team and great job.
Great attention to communication before and during the trimming project. Replied to my inquiry right away. The 3 workers who came to do the job did excellent work. Even cleaned up debris after the job, beyond my expectations.
Came out, did their job well and even cleaned up some of the yard debris on the ground from before they arrived.
There was poor communication between the owner and myself. He didn't contact me as arranged so I had no idea if he was going to follow through with the job until the night before. He didn't come to the job site at all on the day of the tree cutting, only his crew showed up and they had no idea what the specifics of the job were.
This company is a dream come true...communication, price, great work and expertise. So perfect and hard working and came with all the equipment needed for my job.
Very prompt to come out and give us an estimate. Scheduled the work right away. They arrived on time and got the job done and the clean-up in good time. I would definitely use them again.
Joe showed up for the initial meeting right on time. Gave us two estimates depending upon whether we wanted to trim or pull out the arborvitae. We let him know we would think about it. When I called back, we set an appointment, and his crew was punctual, did the work in a couple of hours and charged us what we had been quoted. What more could you want?
