We took my husbands work Truck there twice in the last week. Both times he had an appointment. First an oil change, the next, a week later for two recalls. This last Friday, he took his truck in at 8 am. They had it almost 6 hours before they even told him they didn't have the part needed for the recall (hence why he made an appointment)!!! The service department is a joke. Communication and customer service is horrible. Definitely needs some improvement and training.

The Service Department needs better communication! Brought in a work truck for a service recall that I made an appointment for a week prior only to find out after 6 hours of waiting that you did not have the locks required for the recall! TERRIBLE!!!! Would never buy from this dealership.
After 5 1/2 hours waiting on tires, they were unwilling to price match. They have signs all over the customer waiting area claiming a low price guarantee and they charged me $26 more per tire than Discount Tire has advertised on their website. When confronted, the service manager said he would have to submit paperwork to Ford for approval. Warning! Buy your tires somewhere else.

This place is terrible at communicating! Been dealing with the financial manager Scott King on a aftermarket warranty that was sold with the truck that wasn't even valid driving it off the lot. Probably have called over 100 times and maybe only talked to him 3 or 4 times. Always get put on hold and then someone hangs up the phone. I'm not right down the street so I can't just walk in and talk! Left messages with people and never get a phone call back from anyone! Will never do business here or any of Joe Cooper lots!

Recently purchased new van from joe cooper ford. Very good experience. They worked well from the beginning. Trex Jackson was very helpful with locating and delivery of my van. This is the second vehicle from Trex. And fourth from cooper. We will keep coming back.
