I have been disappointed each and every time I shop at this location. The first time, I was highly offended by a salesperson. He made many comments about my age, gender, and salary. This was years ago. The second time, I purchased and there were many challenges. They attempted to fix the situation with a few gas and oil change vouchers. The third time (today) they made an unreasonable offer on my vehicle. I have had multiple other MUCH higher offers. Took the car in, waited a week to get it back. Gave us one price on the phone, higher price when we picked it up to pay. They fixed the price. I went out to start it, and it barely started, was running rough, and engine light and thermostat light was on. Now who in their right, honest mind thought that was fixed? Then they told us they’d mention this and this were wrong, but those items were never mentioned.
