45 minutes. It took the new dealership 45 minutes to figure out my electrical problem. Joe Cooper had it a total of six weeks and gave up. The worst experience I’ve ever had.
My wife and I have bought several vehicles from joe Cooper Yukon went to go look at a pickup I found online. Had a huge slash in the side wall told (Jesse Love)salesmen that I wouldn’t buy it like that. He told me it’s a used pickup that’s how it is! Told my wife and I that someone else would buy it and not look it over like I did!! And I said so you would screw over someone else and he didn’t say anything else!!
Victor did a super job of helping me look at inventory and find the right truck at a good price. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Great job!
Jorge did an amazing job getting us into our new car. Matt in finance was knowledgeable and made sure he got us the deal that fit us the best. From start to finish that was an awesome experience!
