Do not recommend at all. Vince the salesman was nice but the finance department are worthless. We talked to the finance Department and asked that they don’t “shotgun” our credit when we applied and what do they do they shotgun it. Then we were pressured into doing a deal for 18% interest, $2500 down and $1090 a month on a 2019 Expedition. So think twice before going to Joe Cooper Ford Yukon

Wow just wow.. $60 oil change and didn’t even take the old sticker off the windshield and didn’t reset my oil change light/ tire sensor.

Service department is terrible. On more than one occasion including today, we’ve had a appointment set for an oil change only to get there and be told despite having the appointment there will be a two hour wait. Very unprofessional, very frustrating. Definitely would not recommend this place for anything.

They were able to get me a good deal on the car I want and had most of the approvals and paperwork done before I got there!! We were out of there in a new car in an hour and a half!! I would recommend them to everyone!!!
I bought a Ram 1500 off their used lot a few months back. Both the sales manager and sales woman actually got mad that I wasn't just going to give into their terms. I made them actually have to work for their commission and negotiate the terms. By far the worst customer service i've seen yet. Even worse than David Stanley. I won't buy from them again.
