AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I didn’t have to schedule my maintenance at all. Drove right up and was helped immediately. I waited in the comfy and fully stocked waiting room with free beverages and food. Zach came and got me to check out and I was on my way! My first oil change was supposed to be free on my new purchase from them but I still ended up paying $66. Don’t know why I was charged, if it was supposed to be free. But other than that, great service!

The worst car buying experience we have ever had. We found a truck on their lot online and went through another dealership for a trade with Joe Cooper Ford Yukon. We had finalized all of the paperwork, complete with purchase order from dealer to dealer, then found out on the day of planned pickup that the truck had been sold out from under us to another customer. I guess it works out for the best because this is definitely not the kind of people that we care to do business with.
Such amazing people, and I absolutely love my new car!

Worst place to buy a vehicle! We bought a 2012 F-150 and the 4 wheel drive didn’t work. Took it back and they said they wouldn’t fix it because the truck was covered in mud. We work on the pipeline and needed the 4 wheel drive and it didn’t work that’s why it’s covered in mud. They refused to fix it and wouldn’t work with us at all! Don’t get ripped off by these idiots!
