I went there today and spoke to Mo. He was very helpful. After more than 2 hours, they denied me for lack of credit after repeatedly coming out to me and telling me my credit was good and "It's gonna happen, just 10 more minutes. " Don't believe their we will get you financed crap.

Great experience! Buying was easy! Online details are great and great inventory! I’ve always read bad reviews of Joe Cooper service department but that is just not the case! They are busy but always take care of me! They may get backed up and take longer than estimated but what service department doesn’t? They never try to sell me anything I don’t want or need. Went in for a flat on my F150 and walked out with a 2018 mustang GT for the wife. Great service and NEVER pushy. This is my 2nd vehicle I e bought here and will not go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. Tried to charge me $200 for a new horn when all it needed was a new fuse. Charged me $419 to replace my battery, then called and accused me of stealing the hubcaps off the rental car even though they were in the back of the trunk in a plastic bag, WHERE THEY PUT THEM.
