Bought a used truck over the internet from joe cooper ford of Yukon. They made it easy and working with Tim McDaniel was fun and easy too. Got the information I needed, set them a copy of a check and they help the vehicle until I could get there the next day. Thanks Joe Cooper

I went in to look at a new edge. I walked around the whole lot. Not one sales person stopped to help me! I did see several on golf carts and noticed they also saw me. But don’t think I’ll be going back. I didn’t expect to have to go ask for help at a dealership! � but maybe I’m wrong?!

Have always taken my 05 F150 in and always got great service, so when I decided to get a newer one I thought I should buy from them. Got my pickup home to find out that I had more problems than just a battery and the battery terminal. When I asked the salesman what was wrong with it he jus told me those two things. I bring it home to find a hole in the bed under the bed Liner and bed all rusted out, ball joint out and needed alignment bad. Everything is fixed by one of my local mechanics in my town. Great experience, easy process to complete, relatively quick, got a great truck, but reason for the low rating was that I got a low ball price for my trade. The salesman told me he just can’t get much for my car in this market, offered me $3000 under KBB trade in value and then marked the car up to full retail for sale the next week. So, bad on me I guess, but this is an example of how a used car salesman will lie to you to maximize his profit. I should have just paid cash for the truck and just sold the car myself

I got right in for my scheduled oil change. They also shuttled me to the local hospital to visit our Mawmaw. Thanks guys!!
