Both the receptionist and dentist, Helen, are helpful and kind. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I need it. Recently I had a dental emergency and I feel Helen went out of her way to help me.
I originally had a split tooth at the tale end of last year. They put a temp filling in knowing that the tooth needed to be crowned- that’s what I was told by them before COVID. A couple weeks after that the whole tooth fell out. They seen me again and put a temporary crown in then made me another appointment for 4th June to put a permanent crown in. Worst dentist in antrim do not recommend going in any type or circumstance, she took out half my sister toof and left the other half in and, she was in extreme pain , I ended up with a toothache was already scared to going as she's messed up my sisters and mum's teeth , I had extreme tooth ache on tablets for weeks went to Joan and she quite litreally didn't numb with the right stuff cus I was bleeding and crying feeling everything she was doing in my mouth she had , pushed the filling way down to the nerves of my teeth whit... read more
