I’ve been seeing Jo for years for soft tissue therapy to combat the muscle tightness that I develop as a result of my desk job. She is very knowledgeable and I always feel better after the session!
Jo is very friendly and welcoming, the space is relaxed and she works wonders with her hands. She had good advice for exercises to strengthen my weaker areas and I felt comfortable throughout the session.
I visit Jo regularly every 3 weeks. She is knowledgeable and has a range of treatments for maintenance massages & also recovering from injury. Highly recommend hee services
I visited Jo as I was struggling with neck paid and headaches daily. One session and she has healed the headaches and bad neck. Made me feel at ease and I felt comfortable with the process as she talked me through everything. Definitely booking in again soon! Thanks Jo!
