I saw Jo due to issues with pain in my hip, which I got when walking for long distances. Jo carried out an assessment and advised me as what the issue was. She gave me exercises to complete to help with the problem. I also saw Jo after my hip issue was resolved due to a tennis injury I got. She is very tentative and response and explains things clearly with guidance on how to correct it. Would highly recommend Jo!
Jo is a first class physiotherapist. My 12 year old son had a problem with his knee from overdoing sport at school after a holiday break. We were able to see her that same evening and she did a thorough investigation and examination of his knee and worked out what the problem was. She gave us a set of easy to understand exercises and explained everything extremely well to him. Jo sat me down and we discussed in detail the issue plaguing my lower back and whether I had experienced this or any other back or muscular discomforts before. She made notes of my medical history and asked various questions about my overall health. A thorough examination of my posture, movement and flexibility was undertaken during which Jo was able to see exactly what I was and able to do given my limited movement.
