Today I washed my car at Jo Hand Car Wash. I noticed that the worker left my car and the other cars standing under direct sunlight after applying the shampoo, and they dried up before he rinsed them with water. Then, the brush he used to wash the cars’ bodies was also used on the wheels and tires. In the end, my car was not dried properly.
Horrible experience this morning!!! Never seen this in my entire life!! After the job was supposed to be done I asked the person who cleaned my outside camper van to re clean some areas which were still really dirty. This person did not accept my request and asked to be paid really aggressively shooting at me. I’ve never left bad reviews for anyone but for this, i will. We left our car in good condition at this car wash, to return and pick it later in the evening. However, when we got back, the car was packed outside as agreed, with dead battery. It was strange as our car was in good condition and had passed MOT few days prior. We had first observed that the battery head appeared to have been tampered with.
