Jo is fantastic I highly recommend. Not only has she got "magic hands" she gives you such a calm warm welcome. Don't hesitate going to this lady she is excellent at what she does!
Went to see Jo after achilies surgery. Suffering with the pain. Struggling to walk. Feel like I'm getting nowhere after 4 months since surgery. Jo was amazing. Didn't touch my heel at all. Explained the bodies mechanics to me, and worked on my calfs. Oh....the pain!!! 2 days later, they are still tender. BUT, the difference. I can feel it. My heel is still tender to the touch, but this is the healing. Yet I am almost walking, albeit slowly without a limp. I have booked another appointment in 2 weeks. Jo has healing hands. I felt so relaxed after my massage I could have gone right off to sleep. Really helped my back and painful knee
